We wanted to expose more people to Flawless Lashes the brand but more importantly drive more revenue through our eyelash courses. Session Media were tasked with this and they have unduly delivered. Our courses are now driving more traffic and more revenue than they were last year and we couldn’t be happier. Flawless Lashes by Loreta are a leading provider in false eyelashes and eyelash products worldwide. Operating from their head office in Crawley, Flawless sell directly to eyelash technicians and businesses all over the world. A little known fact about Flawless is that their lashes have recently been worn by celebrities such as Cardi B.

Project summary

Alongside their product offering, Flawless also provide eyelash courses to aspiring eyelash technicians. Technician’s would typically find and book these courses through referrals, word of mouth and, more recently, social media. Our objectives was to increase revenue generated from organic traffic driven through course booking by 50% compared to last year. 

The SEO Strategy

We began by reviewing the technical health of the Flawless site. We identified that site speed was a slight issue as well as a series of duplicate content issues. We resolved the duplicate content issues but acknowledged that site speed was still an issue.

We then created a content strategy which encompassed a keyword research and mapping piece. This helped us to understand the primary and secondary keywords that the target page should be ranking for. With this data at hand, we created and implemented optimised copy for the landing page. Our main tactic to rank this page was to create an asset that would drive the majority of the link-building focus and then utilise internal linking practices to pass link equity to our target page.
