Project Summary

Managing Paid Media across LinkedIn and Display for EMEAM, NORAM, LATAM, and APAC, we helped OneStream exceed lead generation targets – delivering a 28% increase in total leads and a 34% uplift in MQLs. By leveraging CRM insights to inform targeting and optimisation, and through ongoing creative testing, we improved lead quality and scaled demand efficiently across all regions.


 

Paid Media Strategy

We focused on reaching CFOs and senior finance leaders through LinkedIn and programmatic display campaigns. LinkedIn campaigns spanned single image, document, and lead gen formats, while display was delivered via a third-party DSP to extend reach and support mid-funnel engagement.

Audiences were refined in collaboration with OneStream’s team to ensure alignment with ideal customer profiles across EMEAM, NORAM, LATAM, and APAC. Creatives were developed specifically for each audience group, with messaging grounded in financial planning pain points and aligned with OneStream’s brand guidelines.

We ran structured A/B tests across formats and messaging to identify top performers, and continually optimised campaigns based on lead volume, MQL’s, engagement rates, and cost per lead.
