Project summary

Managing Paid Media across Google, Bing, and LinkedIn – as well as evolving Rotageek’s SEO into an AI-driven approach, we have delivered year-on-year growth in SQLs across all inbound channels.

By aligning paid and organic strategies, we effectively targeted senior decision-makers across targeted sectors, while IP tracking enabled us to identify and engage high-value accounts.

Paid Media Strategy

We developed highly targeted, industry-specific campaigns for Rotageek, paired with bold, scroll-stopping creative on LinkedIn, to cut through the noise and engage senior decision-makers in retail, healthcare, and hospitality. Bespoke landing pages ensured message alignment between the ad copy, creative, and on-site experience, helping to contribute to a seamless user journey.

LinkedIn performance data and IP tracking helped us measure engagement from key accounts and informed ongoing, data-led optimisations. We also refreshed creative monthly to avoid ad fatigue and maintain cut-through. A Salesforce feedback loop provided real-time insight into lead quality, allowing us to refine targeting and messaging based on what was converting further down the funnel.

SEO Strategy

Alongside paid media, we continue to drive Rotageek’s SEO strategy with a focus on securing top organic rankings and AI Overview placements for both top-of-funnel and high-intent commercial keywords. A key part of this has involved ongoing optimisation of key sales pages – prioritising keywords that have proven to drive results through Google and Bing Ads.

To ensure SEO efforts are tightly aligned with business impact, we leverage both paid media keyword data and Salesforce customer insights – identifying which search terms have driven closed-won opportunities and using that intelligence to inform new content ideas and targeting. This data-led approach enables us to prioritise keywords with proven conversion potential, rather than relying solely on traditional search volume metrics.

We’ve also created targeted pages aligned to Rotageek’s ideal customer profiles (ICPs), using insights from sales conversations and CRM data to guide messaging and structure.

In parallel, we build authoritative backlinks each month, securing placements in industry-relevant publications and platforms where Rotageek’s audience is active. This not only drives referral visibility but also builds trust with Google and Large Language Models, strengthening the site’s authority and visibility across organic and AI-powered surfaces.
