Initially founded as a consultancy, CoreStream quickly identified the need for a solution that better addressed the needs and challenges their customers were facing.
CoreStream had been running PPC for a short while without yielding anything from it. We were given the task of optimising the Google Ads account in a bid to drive more high-quality demo requests for their compliance software. The main driver of these requests was largely coming from referrals and word of mouth.
The PPC Strategy
We started with a full account review. The market is incredibly competitive meaning that many competitors are bidding on high intent, expensive keywords. Due to the expensive nature of the market, we conducted keyword research to identify the most profitable keywords. We then created highly targeted ad groups with relevant ad copy, making use of advanced bid adjustments and bid strategies to maximise conversions.
We continued to research and optimise the account, targeting only high intent search queries that yield the most profitable results. With these actions we drove higher-quality traffic to key landing pages and, as a result, managed to increase demo requests whilst bringing cost down year-on-year.
